Hey mama, thank you for considering me to support you on your postpartum journey. I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with 5 years of experience dedicated to helping families navigate their breastfeeding journey with confidence.
Originally from Hartford, Connecticut, I’m a true northerner at heart but have called Central Florida home on and off since 2006. My husband is a Disney cast member, so when I’m not supporting families, you’ll often find us at Epcot or Animal Kingdom with our three children, enjoying time together.
My passion for breastfeeding support began over 11 years ago with my own journey into motherhood. I exclusively breastfed my first baby for 14 months and breastfed my next two children for two years each, all while managing PCOS and low thyroid experiences that deeply shaped my understanding of lactation challenges.
That perspective was further strengthened after an unexpected postpartum health crisis that led to emergency gallbladder and bile duct surgery during the already vulnerable experience of having a pandemic baby.
Today, I bring both professional training and real-life experience into every consultation. I understand what it feels like to want things to go smoothly and what it’s like when they don’t. My goal is to provide evidence-based lactation care that feels supportive, realistic, and centered on the whole family, not just feeding goals.
